The 2009 Jakes event is Saturday, June 13th. This is a very worth while kids event that is free for kids 17 and under. This is an opportunity for kids to experience shooting BB guns, 22s, shotguns and muzzle loaders. There is a 3D archery coarse, fishing (catch and release), and many other misc. fun things for kids to experience. Please show your support whether bringing your kids or volunteering to help at the Jakes event. The Jakes event is located 3.5 miles south of Alma fairgrounds (1641 N. Alger rd.)
